Looking at their box scores, Louisiana Tech does the majority of their damage at the beginning of each half, outscoring their opponents 86-32 in the 1st and 90-20 in the 3rd quarters.

Their opponents outscore them 58-38 in the 2nd and 64-52 in the 4th quarters.

Conversely, A&M has started out slow out of the gate, being outscored 34-31 in the 1st quarter. However, A&M outscores their opponents 99-10 in the 2nd quarter, 45-9 in the 3rd quarter, and 48-21 in the 4th quarter.

A&M's strongest quarter is La. Tech's weakest quarter. La. Tech's strongest quarter is A&M's 2nd strongest quarter. This is a blowout.

Agreed. And God help them if we come out strong. The craziest thing about the Ags is I really feel we have yet to play a "complete" game where we dominate wire to wire. The near-loss last week is the perfect thing for Sumlin and the coaches to snap them into focus. If they heed the message this week and execute, this will get ugly for LaTech in a hurry.

It is natural for an Air Raid team to do well at the beginning of halves because the look is so different to most teams and they can throw out some trickery. The fact that A&M runs an Air Raid is a HUGE advantage for our D. La Tech's D of course has the same advantage in theory but the athletic disparity is too great, much less the JFF factor.

I'm thinking something in the 55-21 range. I really don't like playing this late at night in Louisiana though. Hopefully we have enough fans there to make it less hostile.
