Having someone with ties to AU and a passion for returning AU to prominence is paramount. It's time to stop looking for pedigrees and find someone who's passion will transfer to the players.

Would Dameyune Craig be out of the question here?

I'm not sure why Dameyune was let go from USA before we played any football. To be honest I think it was political.

I know. I don't think Auburn ties are paramount. I understand the culture of Auburn. I lived there. And I'm pretty sure taking a break from the "auburn man" philosophy will fly. We severely limit ourselves when we are forced to go "inside the family"

It's just my assessment with the task at hand. I actually wasn't basing anything off of any perceived culture at AU, just what qualities I thought would be best suited for the mountain to climb.

It takes one hell of a gung-ho individual to take on a dumpster fire that half the state doesn't want to see put out.
