It's not so much that he isn't personable, as much as it is I'm just not sold on him as an HC. He seems more like a John Chavis type to me than a Rhoads or Muschamp type.

I would rather give BVG a shot than give CGC another year to run us farther into the ground. He has our Defense turning around for the first time under Chizik and doing it without the help of an offense. Plus he has NFL experience and he is not soft on the players.
