Anyone still think Berk is the best qb on this team?

yes and no, he stood in the pocket and took shot after shot. However, no Qb is going to be successful behind this offensive line

This. But we all better say prayers for Berk's health next week against Bama. Our OL isn't going to be able to protect him against Bama's pass rush, and he stands in the pocket. Bama's OLBs will kill him.

I'll eat some crow here. I mostly liked Berk for the way Yost seemed to open up the playbook for him in his appearances.

I still don't think he's the best, but I don't see how we can depend on JF based on experiences and his own comments earlier this season.

I think we're in a bad place right now. Team needs to decide if James is the guy this year (when he's healthy) and next.

If he's not, give the Freshman a shot in what appears to be a wasted season and get a three way competition going for next year.

I could be intoxicated though. So I reserve the right to change my mind.

Franklin moved the team down the field both drives he was in for. Berk shite himself for nearly 3 qtrs and was bailed out by Lucas' fumble and huge coverage mistake.

If Franklin doesn't get hurt we win that game rather easily.

No brother. I have been saying this for awhile. Berk has raw talent but is not even remotely close to being a starter in the SEC.

Franklin would appear to be injury prone any chance at all we burn the red-shirt on Mauk because I was about 5 feet from him watching him warm up late in the second half

If Franklin has an injury that will keep him out for multippe weeks I think that Mauk has to go in if Berkstresser gets hurt. Who else will play QB? Moe.

With this line, we might see Mauk after Berks gets ripped in half next Saturday. I can't imagine he ready at this point, but burning his redshirt might be necessary, we have no real options after Berkstresser.

I'm hearing Franklin is out for 2 weeks. So Berk will be the sacrificial lamb against Bama.

No sacrificial lamb. He'll be fine, we're Mizzou. We'll play up to Bama, lose by 10, give everyone hope for the season...then lose to Kentucky by 14.

Also, Porker Face is a douchebag.

Why do we refuse to keep a tight end or running back in the back field on the left side of the line? Poor Berkstresser better spend a lot of time in the hot tub this week in preparation for the beating he is going to take

Well.. Kilo was pretty much right when I was arguing about this a while back. Our o-line is so bad it almost doesn't matter. Franklin wasn't playing well, but we see its like what can he do.. there is no time back there.

I'm rattled. Drunk. I'm just thinkin about the heat we're gonna take for this one.. not good.

Oh, that's so sad, but so possible.

Both and at the same time.
