Darryl is 100% correct.It was ignorant not to give Mett more snaps last season.

Thankfully, Saban is playing a bunch of young and inexperienced players in the second half of games this year. He is less concerned with the score and more concerned with developing depth.

One downside to this is Alabama almost never covers now. I would not wager on any Alabama line that is in double digits.

This develops depth but also helps team chemistry. Saban has even played a walkon running back. You know that has to help the scout team.

Alabama has played three QBs.

I thought this last season. With so many large margin victories, it made absolutely no sense to keep him from taking meaningful snaps.

He was taking a knee with 5 minutes left in the Ole Miss game, or close to it. I've never understood why Miles did that.
