Has the media reported on the cheating refs yet? re: bama/ole miss game

Where the official gave bama a first down by shuffling his spotting foot forward, then looking where the marker is, shuffling his foot a little more forward, then finally spotting the ball for a first down...has the media reported on this yet? I haven't noticed anything.
It's not like this would have had any impact on the outcome of the game if the ball was spotted correctly, I would just like an explanation from the SEC on obvious cheating. I'm afraid that because ole miss got beat pretty badly that this will just get swept under the rug.

Al Del Greco and Jay Barker said something about it on their radio show here in B'ham.

I really hope the Alabama/LSU game comes down to a call by the refs that seals the win for Alabama because there is nothing on this earth more amusing than watching your fan base bitch about the officials.

And from his article"
"Ah, ha! Proof that the SEC cheats for Alabama, right?
Wrong."

Watch the replay and see where the ball was when his knee hit the ground. The ref was ABOUT to screw Bama big time.

This. I was pissed when he first put his foot down to mark the ball, but then noticed that he changed it when he finished spotting it.

Can't wait until They do in BR and bama wins. The meltdown will be epic.

Also, this play was on Alabama's 1st possession of the game. Do people really think that the refs would cheat when there is a whole 55 or so minutes to go in the game. Also, why would the refs cheat for Alabama when they are playing OLE MISS? The only time they would do something, that would make sense, is if Bama was on the verge of hitting the point spread late in the game......not 5 minutes after the opening kickoff happened.

When watching the game with some friends and first saw where his feet were I was saying it is a very bad spot. He marked it really weird. It very well could of been another ref not on the screen telling him what yard line it should be on and he had to look back and check the yard marker, but who knows.

That's exactly what it was.
