Chizik has a long relationship with Bolt, this is not some Pat Dye issue like Bama fans would like to make it out to be.

I never thought it had anything to do with Dye. My thought is, that Chizik had Bolt in the meetings since he couldn't be in there to report to him what was said in the meeting. Now if BVG had a problem with him being in the meeting, why wouldn't he tell the HC he didn't want him in there?
