Chizik is garbage. With the 4 years of Lee/Jefferson, Chiz would have lost way more games than Miles did.

Under no circumstances does Chiz pull that off. He has been recruiting his arse off the past few years and now has the worst Auburn team that i remember (I'm 29). He will be an afterthought after next season.

There is that segment of our fanbase that should have this tattooed on their forehead. In the end it doesn't matter what those outside think, I'll take CLM over anyone, including Saban. But also I don't think CLM should be overly praised for that 4 year stretch since ultimately, he is responsible for recruiting and staff hires. Yes RP hosed up the team but not having anyone besides him and Crowton as OC has to rest on Mile's shoulders. That being said, the fanbase ought not be surprised at the teams success with a better QB coach, better OC and better QB's. Time will give a better perspective but I'm optimistic that the faithful will look back and say 'that 2008-2011 run was pretty good after all, all things considered'.
