Why would you fire someone that won't be there next year anyway. Unless you already have another coach already lined up, a midseason firing can actually make things worse, especially for recruiting. Trust me.

We have a fricking clown as head coach; literally, a GODDAMN CLOWN. It will only help to get his arse out of the program and remove his title as HC.
