TN. Two years ago. Made several claims against a high dollar private school in TN. At the time he was claiming to be a coach at a rival school. The school was investigated and all the claims were found to be complete bullshite. Then the TN HSAA issued a cease and desist letter to fat bastard warning him to stop impersonating a HS coach. To this day he still claims to be a HS coach in TN but refuses to say where. School he made accusations against was Riverdale

A couple of years ago. Not a private school...it was Riverdale HS, Murfreesboro, TN. Claimed he was a coach on the staff but he really wasn't, tried tom turn Riverdale in for recruiting; the TSSAA sided with Riverdale and acknowledged there was no evidence that DeVinner was on the staff. Riverdale is in the largest classification in Tennessee and has win multiple state championships.
