Happened just to the right of us. We were section 212 seats 9-12 (only 14 seats per row) and this happened in 213.

Hard to believe that it took 15 minutes to get anyone there, that is so sad. I wonder if the people that were told someone fell thought someone had slipped and fell like on the steps...
