That is the most relevant stat since the OP asks about total rushing yards, but I can't help but include this as well:
Bama 214.5 ypg
LSU 202.6 ypg

LSU played 1 more game and had 83 more carries for 48 more yards.
To be fair, because some teams only play 12 or 13 games, YPG is more accurate.
