The 2004 LSU vs Oregon St game comes to mind with Saban.

We were coming off the NC against a decent team, LSU should have dominated at home.

Instead, we had to make a huge comeback and win it in overtime.

I see a similar scenario with Michigan.

However, all bama needs to do is play up to their ability and they should win the game easily.

I remember that game. Derek Anderson was playing for OSU. Ole Finkle Serna shanked that one in OT.

But as far as Bama-Mich, I think Michigan's defense comes out amped as frick to play bama and plays really hard and maybe DR makes a play or two but I see Bama winning by atleast 2 scores.

Michigan will play their arse off bc this is literally a super bowl for them plus they are improved under Hoke, but Bama's size, strength, and speed will just be too much.
