I can understand where you are getting it. We have 10 potential wins while 7 potential losses. If the cards fall our way we could get 10. If not I still don't think we fall lower than 5 losses.
On another note, I'm excited for the Auburn and Tennessee games, I think we should win both but they could go either way. If we can win both, I'm digging the ramifications of possibly two top 10 undefeated teams in Tuscaloosa.

Bama and LSU - almost certainly losses
AU, Arky, aTm and UT - I think MSU would be doing good by going 2 and 4 with those teams.
That is 4 losses even if things go pretty good.
Then you have the egg bowl and the potential for an upset in a rivalry game.
That is why I think 4 or 5 losses is most likely. Certainly could be a little better or a little worse.
