2 possibilities:

yeah, I wondered about that

once in a very long while you'll see a kid who is legitimately that far ahead of the curve though. if you've ever seen the high school pictures of Ken Griffey it is like a man in the middle of a bunch of boys playing baseball.

Even if he has peaked, those measurables are outstanding

I played middle school ball against Reggie Ragland and he was 6'3 220 in 7th grade. While he's only added maybe half an inch of height since then, he has bulked up and is a much much better athlete than he was in middle school. He might have peaked heightwise, but I'm sure as he gets older and put in a weight room he'll be able to gain some pounds.
