Les is 75-18 as head coach of LSU
40-12 with jj/lee at qb
When people say LSU was already good when he got there, I can accept that. They also have gotten better since les has been at LSU and he left Oklahoma state in a great position. Look how awful they were when he got there. Les has been elite/good at two schools. Chiz has been very good/terrible at two schools.

Yup. That's why Gundy went 4-7 the year after Les left.
