We have 30,000+ students at every game that only pay $225ish for the whole season, got to make the money back somewhere. Plus we have less suites and "club seating" or whatever it is called than most of yall's stadiums.

In order for us to reserve 30,000 premium seats for students, alumni have to fork over more $ for their tickets. Every student accepts that they will be paying a little more $ for tickets once they graduate in order to experience the great atmosphere of 30k students sitting together while they are in school.

You'd have to take out a second mortgage to get LSU/Bama game tickets

Do y'all really think a&m is only school that does this?

Got it. But really, how many games do students get to go too per season at places like LSU and Bama?
At A&M, you pull your tickets based on years very week.. Seniors on Monday, Juniors on Tuesday and so on.

What are y'alls donation requirements? Someone told me that lots of Big 12 schools had high ticket prices but low donation requirements.

From Arky's website:
Only 12,000 Access Passes will be sold so order today!
Guarantees a seat for the first 9,500 students at every home football game in Fayetteville.
So if you are an underclassmen, what are your chances of going to every home game?

Depends on where your season tickets are located. Some are really low, some aren't.

Student tickets, of course not. Having enough student tickets that just about every student that wants to go can get a ticket, yes.
A whole third of Kyle is student seating. That is why they charge more for other tickets.
just curious:
Do other schools do a lottery system, priority by seniority, first come first served, or something else as far as getting student tickets go? At LSU/Bama, what are the chances of freshmen or sophomores getting tickets for big games?

Well, being new is always more popular. Opening weekend of any chain resturaunt can attest to this,

Our ticket prices have been about this price for the last few years, especially for the bigger games.

A&M has roughly 50k students. Do the other 20k just not care about football?
