All I know is I sincerely doubt that the UGA coaches would be planning on signing that number if the rules stated they absolutely couldn't.

For as much as people dont understand the signing rules in the SEC, its actually pretty clear.

Only 25 schollies can be counted each class.
Early enrollees can count back to previous classes if the previous class had less than 25 LOIs.

Failures to qualify still count and do NOT reopen a spot.

That is why A&M and UGA can sign over 30 players. That is not oversigning and if you think it is you dont know what the word means. Oversigning means taking in more kids than you have scholarships allotted for (Houston Nutt).

We signed 19 kids last year meaning we have six spots for mid term guys to count back. Thus, 31 is the amount we can take in the 2013 class.
