re: Why is Vandy getting hyped on here?

I keep hearing this nonsense that UT is more attractive than Vandy. Would you want to coach a program full of players who have a intimate relationship with the Knoxville police department, or a program that does not know what AAU means? Whose endowment is only 1/4 the size of Vandy's? What kind of financial nest egg will they have if there is a terrbile economic downturn?

Vandy is very good in all sports except football. That is about to change for the better. But Tennessee's inabilty to beat Alabama and Florida will remain forever.
