I understand. I'm just saying that maybe the fan that is always in the spotlight for a certain school may not make the best admin for that school's separate forum (if and when this happens). Someone needs to fly somewhat under the radar as an admin there that won't get to whacking/anchoring threads just because they don't agree with someone's opinion being posted.
