the CONTINUOUS celebration that has ensued over the defeat of a non rival team is very telling of the expectations of a program.

Two things you must consider:

First, A&M is coming off a long dry spell of any form of football relevance. Acting like we've been there before isn't possible because most of us haven't.

Secondly, we are Texans. There's a reason why we're known for our braggadocio. It would have been there anyway, but success kicks it to a fever pitch.
