Not sure it is all about looks, for example

ETA I am not convinced Terry Saban was not a looker three decades ago when Nick was a assitant
Not sure what Dooley's wife looks like but I know she is an OB/GYN

That doesn't match up to what Franklin said though. I'm pretty sure she doesn't have her degree hanging around her neck at a bar.
