It is not blind bashing. He is 28-34 in 5 years as a college football coach and has made countless mistakes in 24 plus months on the job here.

You give Dooley 3 more years and the Vol fanbase will be rewarded. It takes time to implement "The Process".

The 28-34 is blind bashing. You are going off a record that doesn't tell the whole story. He took over a La Tech team that went 3-10 the year before. He didn't take over a 10 win team like most of the so called good coaches.

What would have happened if Spurrier was fired after his 35-28 record after 5 years and back to back losses to Vandy at USCjr?

What if Michigan never gave Brady Hoke a chance because of his 47-50 career record?

What if UNC fired Mack Brown after his back to back 1 win seasons?

Why did Miami even give Al Golden a chance since his career record is 27-34?

Records do not tell the whole story. Dooley has had two rebuilding jobs. He is not going to have a good record until he has the chance to build his team.
