Why bother? If you're wiling to overlook Dooley's record, delusional comments, and leadership failures, I'm not really sure how anyone is going to be able to reason with you.

Again, rebuilding takes time. I used Brady Hoke, Mack Brown,and Frank Beamer as examples why you shouldn't look at records when teams are rebuilding. I can also use Steve Spurrier at USCjr, Al Golden at Temple, Art Briles at Houston, or Rich Brooks at Kentucky. Please explain why it took all those coaches the same time, if not longer to have a respectable record?

How do you know Dooley's leadership when you aren't even on the team? You have no idea what kind of leadership he has.
