to least. I'm entering a work pool with 4 other people. We're doing a random draw on Monday to determine our picking order, with each person getting 2 picks in a snake format (1st pick doesn't get another pick until 10th pick, etc). I want to have an idea in my head of who to take, so I'd like to see where yall would rank the field. I will feel ok with UF/SC/LSU/UK as one of my picks..so basically if I draw the last pick I'm gonna be pissed ha.

dammit be serious, I could win some money here. I would assume UF/SC/LSU/UK in some combination would be the top 4, but I have no clue about 5-10.

I'm serious. South Carolina doesn't do well at Hoover.

This is true. Ray likes to rest up for the CWS, so he treats the SEC tourney like spring training.

So would you care to give a 1-10 rundown? Would you at least put SC at 3 or 4?

LSU wins it...Vandy will be a tough out, they're scrappy and coming around.

I would say Florida has the best shot since they've been playing extremely well as of late. LSU, USCe, then UK maybe? I just don't know how strong our bats will be in Hoover and LSU/USCe has more experience there.

If we beat lsu tomorrow, we won't do a whole lot more then go through the motions at Hoover. Tanner will try out pitchers and hitters in certain situations. I wouldn't put us higher the 5th IMO.

That's one of the things I've always admired about LSU, they stress winning the SEC tournament. Don't get me wrong, Tanner knows what he is doing so I'm not questioning it. But it is frustrating to just to watch us play so apathetically / badly in the damn thing, always makes me think we're slumping at a really bad time.

For God's sake we have 1 SEC tourny title and 2 NCAA titles.

Florida most likely- State is a darkhorse

State's pitching on that bigass field and those dead bats will make for some really low-scoring games. State is 10-4 in it's last 14 SEC games

Skip betrman never cared much for the sec tourney. He only stressed winning at least one game to get all 3 starters some work. Paul maineri is different. He has won the last 8 conference tournaments that he has coached in. That's a trend, not a fluke.
