Back in 2007 I thought he was a terrible coach. I was at the Bama vs LSU game and it was like watching a pro team vs a 2-A college team and LSU barely pulled out the win. They had more talent on that team than in a very very long time.

Lately it seems he has become more of a manager which in my opinion is very good and makes LSU a better coached team.

If CLM can continue to recruit well and recruit kids that love to play for him, continue to make good staff hires, and just kind of stay out of the way in a CEO type sense....I'm really optimistic about his tenure here through 2020 or so.

Les Miles is to college football as Andy Kaufman was to comedy.

He's so far over your heads that you have trouble understanding his genius....therefore you dismiss it as stupidity to make yourself feel better

Kinda like a 12-0 bama team needing overtime to beat a 7-5 LSU team, huh?

Besides, even a "2-A college team" can beat ULM so your example is a shitty one

You do realize that in 2010 , Saban had more talent on that team , than almost every other team in history, AND LOST 3 games. You can't win every game, even with superior talent.
