"A warning to all SEC fans: Morgantown is a shithole and their fans are far worse than any experience anyone could have ever endured at any SEC home venue.
Toothless, uneducated drunk hillbillys!
After LSU beat them last fall, a drunk WVU fan challenged my wife, yes my wife, to a fight.
Needless to say, I will never travel to Morgantown again, and I am no prude. I can handle cursing, drunkeness, and generally laugh and scoff at ridiculous over the top behavior, but our experience in Morgantown was scary.
The tsips can have all they want with the Mountaineers."
Plzzz. I live in NOLA and Ive been to many LSU games. fans are no different. Are there some drunk students at WVU-yes. But they are at PSU, Ohio State, LSU, and Auburn too.
FWIW since WVU started selling beer in the stadium and instituted a policy where fans cant leave at halftime and return, incidents are far fewer. Luck predicted this would happen. Many thought selling beer in the stadium would make things worse, but it has improved them.
