ARKANSAS: Tyler Wilson + Knile Davis = it may not matter who's the coach.

CBS SEC West Spring Roundup
It's not the average program that can lose its brilliant head coach in a tortuous, tawdry off-field scandal, replace him with a coach most famous for his pratfalls at Michigan State, and still come out of spring with legitimate national championship aspirations. But Arkansas has been much better than average the past two seasons and have anything but an average quarterback under center these days judging by Tyler Wilson's mammoth spring: 101 passes completed out of 146 for 1,600 yards, 15 TDs and no INTs across three scrimmages and the spring game. Add in a fully healthy Knile Davis, ready to repeat his 2010 feat of leading the SEC in rushing, and you're looking at the no-brainer favorite for the league's best offense.
To be fair, the Hog defense still has a ton to prove. But in a league where points remain at a premium, it's still not hard to look at the Razorbacks' offensive spring and imagining them playing "catch me if you can" on a whole series of conference scoreboards this fall--Bobby Petrino or no Bobby Petrino.

How did KD's Spring ply out? I didn't remember seeing alot on him other then he is going to win the Heisman and bring crystal to Fayetville.

Y'all keep telling yourselves that. You'll beat up on a lot of teams this year but LSU & Bama will still skull-frick you. Why? Because both will make you one dimensional and both will pound your defense to keep Wilson off the field. Ho-hum, just another year in Arkansas fan-land I guess.

Question for the hog fans: Let's say that you do shock the world and win the BCS. Do you still keep the coach or do you try to get a better one?

Seems like USC Jr gets benefit of doubt but Arky doesn't with their RB returning....

Truth...AU proved you can win a National Title with shitty coaching.
