Krystal's is partially responsible for this. They allowed his intoxicated arse in there and the employees, caught on video, just stood there and laughed along with everyone else.

I wonder how many other times the Krystal on Bourbon Street has been sued for people doing inappropriate acts to fellow patrons.

It's not like they have bouncers at the door. You can walk in any private fast food business intoxicated. How long you're allowed to stay there is a different story.
