Notre Dame.

Difference though I feel like is that those poor fools in South Bend are truly trying to run on name-sake alone. Bama realized its position and did something about. I have no idea what ND's weight-room / lounge area facilities are nice but it only takes a 2 second glance at the TV to tell that Bama plays in a far superior venue. I also feel like the state of AL has much better high school talent than IN so that gives Bama another natural advantage.

BTW I have no idea what Indiana high school talent is like but seems like it would be worse than AL's right?

Well, if they are, they're doing an awful job of it outside of recruiting.

Even in their darkest hours, ND has been able to use their name to land top notch recruits. I'm not willing to accept that the donors aren't so tradition-bound that they aren't dumping obscene amounts of money into the football program and, let's be honest, into the players' pockets.

The fact of the matter is they keep making idiotic coaching hires.
