Plus, there's never been a rivalry with you guys, so there aren't really any bitter feelings. Whatever ill will that came with Coach Fran ended when he sucked so badly.

You always have come out on top with us and the coaching carousel, that is for sure. I bet Gene Stallings is shown on the jumbotron the next couple years and will receive much love at both places. He will be in the A&M sideline though, I can pretty much promise you that.

Nebraska fans are generally the most well-liked fans in the Big12.

I agree with this, I was absolutely shocked by how kind they were the first time I went to a game in Lincoln wearing my Mizzou gear. We lost pretty badly, so I'm sure that helped a little, but even before the game, they were incredibly welcoming.

Suh spit in Chase Daniel's face.

And hurt Gabbert on a pretty unnecessarily brutal play.

In Lincoln they were nice after we beat them in 07, and then in 2010, they were shockingly nice in College Station. I will always root for them, even when they let me down and lost to tu in the 09 Big 12 title game.

I am trying to convince my sorostitute friend that went to Auburn to go to the game this year. She's at OU Law right now, and keeps making excuses, but I want the protection of someone beautiful around if we rock their worlds.

I'm SURE that if she doesn't go, you can find a cute girl willing to take you under her wing and protect you.

Most likely, but that requires effort. I want a sure thing.

I'll miss playing Nebraska for the reasons already mentioned, but that would have been over anyways. I'll miss playing Tech too. That was always the most fun home game of the year when we hosted them. Their fans are obnoxious and trashy, but they had great looking women and really know how to party. As long as they weren't throwing goalposts at people or infecting us it was a good time.

Alot of history there with the Big 12/8 and agree with fellow Mizzou posters. I will add missing out on Mizzou participating in the Big 12 BB tourney when it's in KC. It's a big deal here and usually dominates the city and news cycle.

That '07 game was just awesome, that was my sophomore year of undergrad. One of the best nights of college.

LINK

Don't click the link unless you want an unnecessarily long highlight of the game, linking mostly for the Mizzou fans.

Have Georgia Southern fans every ripped out their own goal posts and tried to ram them in to the visitor section?

Something about Tech being located 4 or 5 hours from civilization out in West Texas makes them nuts.
