Time to lock in Arkansas head coach predictions

Jeff Long is likely to make a decision early this week, maybe even tomorrow, so let's see where the Rant stands on this.
I'm going with Paul Petrino as full-time head coach with no "interim" tag. I have no information that leads me to believe this other than it makes the most sense to me and I think Long is a sensible guy.

I tried some of that on the way into the Spring Game. Pretty good taste, but I think it's too thin. I would probably only use it for pulled pork sandwiches and the like.
