I really don't think those schools u listed would have kept him
Under this situation. Sleeping with a random
skank yes, but not their employee.

Ding! Ding! Ding!.......He would have kept his job if he had done everything (affair, cash, lying, deceit, etc.) except hiring her into a subordinate role. IMHO he would still be the coach of Arkansas (albeit embarrased and disgraced) if he had not hired her. He took any qualitative considerations out of the conversation. Arkansas is a public university supported by public taxpayer money. They are likely to get sued as it is, but at least they can now blame it on a "rogue" employee. Couldn't do that without firing him. Keep in mind there are at least 158 potential plaintiffs who lost out on that job (not including his mistress) and you can bet their phones are ringing off the hook. This is Corporate Law 101 and nothing more.
