He is gone. This is going to cost Ark a lot of settlement money. They can't allow her to work under him but can't fire her and not fire him due to lawsuit threat. Also anyone else that wanted the job now has grounds to sue Ark.
I will be SHOCKED if he is kept.

Given that Saban owns Petrino's arse, I hope Petrino stays a long time.
Sadly, however, Petrino will be fired.
1. Screwing an employee.
2. Promoting girl he was screwing to a new position because he was screwing her...passing over other qualified applicants.
3. Creating hostile work environment for the girl's fianace. Can't fire him...he would sue.
4. The other unmentioned woman...the "previous relationship".
5. Firing him may prevent lawsuits by Dorrell and/or the fiance
6. Lying to the boss.
