so you really don't think Arkansas can face any legal issues in all of this? I'm really not trying to flame but IMO he's put on paid administrative leave right now to see if he can be fired without facing a wrongful termination suit. this is common practice with state jobs man. I'm not saying its definite but all the signs make me pretty damn sure he's going to get the boot. He has put the university staring in the face of WAY too much liability.
