Even I underestimated the Mizzou to the SEC backlash

Based on the increase of animosity emanating from the bayous due south of the Natural State it has become apparent that some schools are insanely jealous that it appears the Hogs have finally found a rival in the SEC. I expected some backlash based on the fact that Mizzou isn't a southern state and not really a cultural or historical fit for the SEC but even I didn't expect anger as a result of their imminent rivalry with the Flagship. We all know how coveted said rivalry is but the purple clad fanbase that shall go unnamed must remember that rivalries must be natural, not manufactured as a result of a big golden trophy or constant flaming on a message board (Crow Pie)

I was also wondering if any other SEC schools could give us Flagshippers some advice on how to deal with scorned rivalry applicants. Auburn, how do you deal with Troy? Or Bama with UAB? Or Tennessee with Memphis? Or Ole Miss/MS State with Southern Miss? Any help would be appreciated as we try to help our brethren to the south deal with this break-up and instead steer them to the school that is a better fit for their rivalry anyway.
