br is so hard gangland wouldn't even film here

the worst problems in south br are traffic and worrying about north br people breaking into their homes.

honestly north br and south br need to be two different cities with south getting downtown and LSU, then LSU leveling the ghettos and expanding the campus.

Columbia has some really nice areas that border the slums as well. One side of Gervais Street is larger homes, etc, while the other side backs up to Gonzalez Gardens... the largest housing project I have ever seen.
