I don't get too hung up on past anything when it comes to current thinking. GM was once a stock "safer" than the US government. That being said, let's just say it's a game that most likely will again feature two undefeated teams with a lot on the line. A quarter of the players weren't on the teams last year.

It will be huge, the parties will be great, and will be CFB at its best. Very much doubt it will be a low scoring affair.

We know this. LSU will have a solid defense again, and are deep in RB's. Wild Card is QB. Pretty safe to say QB play with Mett will be much better, and most likely a lot of play action. Jarvis Landry, OBJ and incoming freshmen I believe will have great years (I'm starting to sound like Dandy Don now LOL). LSU special teams are very solid and Wing and Alleman are game changers.

Bama losing TR is huge. Lacy is solid but not TR, will be a pounder. Can incoming freshmen RB's pick up the slack? My guess Bama 2012 will be a bit more adventuresome on offense because of the heavy defensive losses. McCarron will be asked to take some risks and he stepped up in the NCG. Injuries probably will have taken their toll on both teams by then, hopefully not.

Naturally I'm picking LSU, the score doesn't matter as long as it's one point more than Bama. It's going to be great......

Les Miles will perform his patented quadruple mercyknee (as only seen once before against Ole Miss). Saban will yell obscenities from across the field that would make Petrino blush. When they meet at midfield Miles will put Saban in a head lock and give him a nuggie. Saban quits on the plane ride home.
