Probably not the worst but jesus that was awful. I think it's worse than the 13 men on the field when you consider the substitution chaos that preceded that play.

Another UT related derp. In 1965 against UT, Stabler throws the ball out of bounds on 4th down inside the 5 with seconds left. UT takes over and clock runs out with a tie.
