Don't think so.. J Lee had a bad habit of confusing LSU receivers with Alabama defenders.

Bama didn't beat LSU, Miles lost the game to Bama for not putting Lee in the game......because Miles had already proved he could beat Bama before 9-6.............Miles really wanted JJ to be his hero in this game, so by never taking JJ out Miles make a fool out of himself and truly showed the world that he should have put Lee in that game.........
I come to this board specifically for posts like this. Every word of it, punctuation and all. Excellent fricking post. I fapped.

Nope. LSU had no one like Newton. And that's hard for me to say because I despise Newton.

Helluva football player, though.

I think we would have lost like 21-7 or 21-10, so not much better really. I guess it still beats being shutout though

Great theory. Add to this that if Colt wouldn't have got hurt Saban would surely be fired by now. Colt McCoy + Jarrett Lee= the demise of Bama.... Yeah, thats the ticket...

There is no scenario under the sun in which LSU wins that game. I don't care if John fricking Elway is the quarterback.

Yes, it was a sure thing, but Les didn't have the chest to make the call.
