It's hard for me to get too upset. I had no expectations. Not only are we undermanned we're completely devoid of any real experience.

The only one that I find myself kind of disappointed with is Lacey. He's got to get it going offensively.

Only minor bright spot is Cooper. Not hitting his shots but showing a bit more of a mid-range/get to the basket game than I thought he had.

Gueye is such a project.

I think benching him three games in a row because he was taking iffy shots and turning the ball over might have backfired. He's playing hot potato with the ball right now. Doesn't want anything to do with it.

He missed his first couple of outside shots and started trying to drive to the basket. At the very least he has displayed some smarts. He's having a decent game all things considered.

Either that or he's terribly out of shape and rusty. He gets in decent position most of the time. Then he gets the ball and everything goes to hell. Engstrom has actually looked competent two games in a row now. That's something I didn't expect to say for at least another year.
