Like all gov't programs, welfare is bound to abused.
As for Saleem Rasheed, I'm shocked. I always took him to be an upstanding being (his bro went to Duke). I don't think he grew up in a welfare-dependent familly.

Guy was a stud in college. Will be a shame if this is how his life turns out.
