Well the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta heard the case TODAY so that makes it relevant TODAY! Also, there was nothing posted about it on here right now and the search isn't the best...

For any of yall that live in Birmingham or Tuscaloosa, I suggest avoiding your local news outlets. I don't want you to hear any NEW developments based on the hearing THIS morning.

Also, I have a few trademarks myself and wanted to see what the opinions were on this.
