I agree it's no good, but I can't remember it being that hot in Sanford since our 08 opener against Georgia Southern. I was there the whole time, but I haven't ever been so close to leaving early as I was yesterday. So effing hot. I'd imagine that had a bit to do with it for yesterday, but I know you're speaking on more than just this game. It sure as shite isnt a good look.

I understand the heat, it was scorching yesterday. But even the Auburn game last year there were a ton of empty seats at kickoff. It's not a good culture among the students right now. We need to get our act together.

Bunch of spoiled brats in the seats is what it is. Personally, I say they start making students pay a nice chunk of $$ for various ticket packages. You'll show up for a full game if it cost you something more than waking up early to sign up and paying a small fee

You should have seen what the student section looked like when Bobo was the quarterback.

I'll give them a pass for this game (inferior opponent, noon kick, and heat), but it is sad to see empty seats at conference games with the relative success we've had for many years now.

But I can't say too much, I didn't even make the drive to Athens. From my view on the couch, the stadium looked like the spring game by the 4th quarter.

Yeah there just needs to be more incentive for getting there on time. My understanding with the ticket stuff this year is they gave out more student tickets than there is room for and made it a first come first serve type thing. That seems like a decent idea but like youre saying our students just dont give a shite.

I heard someone sitting next to me say they were leaving at halftime to go back to watch the US womens soccer team play some friendly. Im as big a fan of Alex Morgan that you'll find but seriously thats bad.

I think there needs to be students policing themselves. If you hear or see a student bitching out, PUBLICLY SHUN THEIR ASSES!

Ladies need to not give pussy to those twat-waffles who leave at half time. A real man dehydrates in the 2 PM humidity for his team

And that is when a lady should take notice, hand you her number, and tell you to call after you get cleaned up.

Dedication needs to be rewarded. For realz, this needs to be made into a "thing"

According to JHD:

Theus and Mitchell are probable for Saturday. Malcome and Ogletree WILL play. Rambo, Commings, and Vasser are unknown.

Interesting because I always thought Commings was a no-go for the Mizzou game. FWIW, I still think Commings will be out but maybe Mitchell's ankle sprain has the new evil Richt thinking twice?

Absolutely. I was so pissed during the game. Not just because our defense was getting gashed by Tim Tebow lite but because I was surrounded by hipsters. Some dbag was wearing a widespread hat, skinny jeans, and some obscure music festival t shirt. Not one ounce of UGA gear on him. He didn't watch one play of the game and would ask stupid questions. Almost through him off the second deck.

In recruiting news, Kamara has said he WILL decide this month. He recently named his top two as UGA and Bama (no surprise there). Like our chances here though. The sooner he decides the better, IMO.

JHD is a nice guy, I like him a lot and he brings a lot to LHB but sometimes his inside info is very homerish...this being one of those cases. We know Theus and Burnette are expected to start but there's still a question about Mitchell; it's bad enough for them to want to immobilize his ankle, I'll wait to see what happens later this week. As far as 'Tree & Rambo go, I'd love to see them both back and I really expect to see Tree play but I'm less positive about Rambo. Vasser and Commings are not playing...period. They have already announced 2 game suspensions for them and they need to stick to that. If you want to sweep shite under the rug or handle it "internally" then go for it, but when you announce a two game suspension then you'd better follow through on your punishment. I'm all for "Evil Richt", but he needs to stick to his guns. /rant.

Abridged version: I expect to see Theus and Tree suit up and start. Less confident on Mitchell and Rambo but it wouldn't surprise. I'll be disappointed if Vasser and Commings play due to suspensions already being announced.

Agree 100%. That said We need Rambo back more than Tree. Tree is a better player IMO but we have capable backups behind him, Connor Norman is behind Rambo. That's scary.

What's up with Corey Moore? Is he not playing?

Richt says Norman is farther along at this point.

Which pisses me off. I can't stand watching Norman it hurts me. I just feel like I'm watching that special teams walk-on guy on the field as a starter so when he makes any mistake I can't help but yell at the TV and say wtf Richt.

Jesus... Connor Norman is like Bryan Evans 2.0 at at this point. Moore must be standing around, jerking it in practice the whole time

No kidding, Moore must be an idiot because he has to be a big step ahead of Norman talent wise. Probably can't seem to understand CTG's playbook.

Wouldn't surprise me if we have a juco S and a true freshman S starting next year. Would really like to see Moore step up though.

The NCAA is investigating UCLA's recruitment of 3 top basketball prospects...one of them is none other than Tony Parker.
