I wish LSU was playing Michigan, it just makes the anticipation of the season so much greater. The Oregon game was a great kick start to the 2011 season for LSU, I think a big game to start a year is a great idea.

Got Bama in this one. Though I think it will be closer than some seem to think. Hoke had them dramatically improved in his first year, and I think they take the big 10 this coming year. Also, looking at their schedule, Alabama is the only game they should lose.

Bama, but closer than people think. I think Robinson can get to the perimeter on Bama and keep it close for a while, but Bama has too much talent and will ultimately win.

I'll go with the Wolves, just to be different.

Alabama tends to play great against mobile QBs, when given time (i.e. a bowl, opener, or second time around). Though Denard Robinson is a bit different than Tim Tebow, Jordan Jefferson, or Tyrod Taylor.

I love that the typical reply to anything is Utah or Louisiana-Monroe. Regardless, I wouldn't characterize Brian Johnson's game as "running". He's athletic, but I don't seem to recall to many option/read plays from Utah during the 2009 Sugar Bowl.

Bama is great and has been for many many years. That Utah fluke is one of the few bright spots we (every fan of any other school) have to talk about. Don't get too upset about it.

How dare I suggest Alabama has had success against running QBs in the past. How does a rantard remedy my assertions? By thinking of the most high profile loss Alabama has. Wait, he was black. Therefore he must have ran option and read plays to beat Alabama.
