I've never understood the insult, tbh. Unless he was talking about a football player being a water boy, it's on par with people saying University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa and thinking it's some sort of insult. I mean, what's so offensive about West Georgia?

I don't know if this has already been responded to, but a water boy is someone who carries someone's water.

So...

West Georgia = Auburn
Waterboy = someone who does someone's bidding or serves their interest

West Georgia Waterboy = someone who does Auburn's bidding or serves their interest

Actually much more clever than UAT, IMO.
