Very true, my man. Things can always change and probably will, but for now, that is how things are in this century.

Hey, I respect your program immensely. You owned us for a very long time. But, it's a different day in the SEC now. Far too competitive for any program to dominate like you did for a long, long time.

Nothing but respect for what you have going on over there right now. Saban has it in high gear, no doubt.

Well.. the century and the decade are young... So far, Alabama's won a championship in each decade of this century. We'll see how everything has shaken out 10 years from now.

I feel the same way about LSU... I was just teasing you a little bit. LSU has done an amazing job of sustaining a high level for quite a while in college football terms. Doesn't look like it's ending anytime soon.

Arkansas had LSU on the ropes but just didn't finish them off according to Tyler Wilson on Brando

Yeah, I guess 42 unanswered points will prevent you from finishing off a team like LSU

at 14-0, i was worried...no doubt....

JL should have started!

Nope. LSU is about to be the new Texas. Bama is a program killer when they dominate you in the title game.

Texas just put together their 2 worst years since the 1930's after their best 10 year stretch ever.

Hey, didn't LSU just have it's best 10 year stretch ever?

shite this feels like de ja vu

Big difference. Texas had a major downgrade at the QB position when Colt McCoy left. LSU will have an upgrade. You simply can't get worse than what JJ displayed during his career at LSU. Texas' O-line went to Hell too. LSU has most of their O-line returning.

Texas went soft after the core of leadership within their team left after the 2009 season. LSU has plenty of leaders returning next year.

LSU experienced exactly what Texas did after the 2007 National Championship team. Auburn experienced it this year. You simply can't rebound fast enough when you downgrade at QB and O-line significantly.

You actually can get worse than JJ. Possibly by replacing JJ with the 3rd stringer this year

We all thought Mett would/could start this year. But he was relegated to 3rd string for a reason -> not as good as JJ or Lee this year

You don't know anything about Mett, JJ, Lee, and Miles. You may think you do, but you don't.

I will leave you with this example:

Who was the best punt returner in the NFL this year? Who was one of the best punt returners in college football in 2010? Same player and he did not return a single punt for LSU his FR and Soph seasons.

Sometimes the best player doesn't play and it's not because he wasn't significantly better than the guy playing in front of him at LSU.

I watched this later and you are either a liar or you lack in listening skills

He said when we had Alabama and LSU at home the year before, we beat LSU and we had ALABAMA on the ropes but just didn't finish them off.

I was on the rant at the same time and was only half listening. I didn't let that get in the way of a 6 page troll

We're LSU's Super Bowl

They shot their load coming back on us they already thought they had won the title and spent all of bowl prep celebrating winning the Boot.
