I see what you're saying but just bc someone says something that another person doesn't like, doesn't mean someone should have their jaw broken.

Did he probably piss off the guy? More than likely (but I don't know, bc I wasn't there). Does harsh words = punches being thrown? Absolutely not. That's assault.

I am like you.. hearing that he died, but no evidence of it. I think his pride is all that is dead at this point.

And you are correct. At some point in everyone's life, you have to act like adults, and in situations that don't call for defense of yourself or someone else, need to be the adult and walk away from negative situations. Reacting negatively to a bad situation, will only bring more negative results.

Im just saying the guy isn't all innocent. Did he deserve what happened? im say yes because he is a bama fan, but under normal circumstances no he didn't deserve his jaw broken but things happen. When you try to be funny with smartass comments its wise to at least be able to defend yourself. Of course now he claims the comment wasnt meant to be a jab but at the time he likely thought it was a funny jab until he got jacked.

the guy that punched him was wrong, i just dont feel bad for the guy because he likely provoked it by not having common sense.

now if someone just straight up hit this guy without him saying a word at all id feel bad for the guy or if the guy was some young kid that didn't know any better but at his age he should know better than to get in an exchange with a drunk angry person. They aren't predictable and they dont think straight or care about assaulting someone.
