Show me another city with the crime rate that NOLA has. The city caters to filth and decadent behavior, so don't be so surprised when it happens. When you allow a group of people to get wasted and act like animals, you're going to get criminal acts.

What does the crime rate have to do with this? You act like people here are ok with the murder. We aren't, but the crime is fairly restricted to certain areas of the city and there's only so much that can be done. You can bash NOLA all you want, but I don't think anyone in NOLA encourages any of the crime, or this act. You're also making the assumption that all the crime here is somehow fueled by the fact that NOLA allows you to party. The two are not related and like I said you can gtfo
