Da’Shaun Barnes (2-Star LB) – never played a snap for Auburn, and was given a medical hardship

If the exact same situation had happened at Bama, you guys would be screaming "Processed by Saban".

Honestly, would you not be?

No and here is why. There is no advantage in given a person a medical hardship unless you are over the 85 limit. That medical hardship scholly went to some walkon who does not play anyway, so it would end up costing the University two scholarships. The part you have a hard time understanding is cutting a player to make room for a better player, like the pros do with the 45 man roster. This is not rocket science, so why is it so hard to understand ?

There is an advantage. If you can free up a scholly to give, why wouldn't you?
